BATCH GROUP C: Psychiatric, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Treatment Facilities. The Letter of Intent (LOI) for Batch Group C is due on Friday, August 1, 2008. The Application Filing deadline is on Tuesday, September 2. Letters of Intent and Applications must be received by both the regional health planning agency and the COPN Office not later than the established deadlines. (Please note the new address of the DCOPN and Central Virginia Health Planning Agency offices**)
